  1. Try to have balanced meals everyday and meet the daily recommended number of food guide servings.
  2. Make sure to have at least 3/4 food groups in each meal. Cut out unnecessary fat, sugar, and salt.
  3. None
  4. Try to eliminate dairy fat.
Many foods and drinks at restaurants and fast food chains contain lots of fat and/or sugar. Try to eat at these places less often.

  1. Your meal selection looks fairly healthy. You could look at switching white products to whole wheat ex. bread. I also noticed that you eat really late at night. Any reasons for that? You also had big 6 hours gaps between meals which you want to avoid. You should include a snack in between meals so that you eat every three hours.
