- Try to have balanced meals everyday and meet the daily recommended number of food guide servings.

Many foods and drinks at restaurants and fast food chains contain lots of fat and/or sugar. Try to eat at these places less often.
Your meal selection looks fairly healthy. You could look at switching white products to whole wheat ex. bread. I also noticed that you eat really late at night. Any reasons for that? You also had big 6 hours gaps between meals which you want to avoid. You should include a snack in between meals so that you eat every three hours.
