Nutrition Log Day 2

Breakfast (8:45am): 1 hard boiled egg, ham, toast with peanut butter, 1 glass of milk

Lunch (10:45am): ham and cheese sandwich, 1/2 and orange


Snack (4:00pm): cucumber and tomato salad


Dinner (10:00pm): cucumber, tomato, avocado salad with blueberries and cheese, cauliflower on rice with spareribs
