In conclusion, I noticed that most of the skills in the test results were some that I didn't think of in part 1. The areas that I feel I need improvement is being aware of safety and effectively communicating to others.
I would be a good person to hire for a job because I will get the job done and can communicate and read/understand information from a variety of sources (written communication needs improvement though). I am also able to lead a group in doing a task to the standards (needs a bit of improvement).
