Nutrition Log Day 1

Breakfast (8:30am): toast with nutella, 1 hard boiled egg, ham, blueberry smoothie

Lunch (10:45am): ham and cheese sandwich, dried apricots

Snack (5:45pm): corn soup, tuna and egg on rice


Dinner (10:00pm): uni and cauliflower on rice
